Morlaye Camara is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and the founder of Toulaye Engineering Services. With a Master of Science in Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, and Building Sciences, Morlaye brings rigorous technical knowledge and practical field experience to every project.
Over his 11-year career, Morlaye has worked across institutional, commercial, and residential sectors — leading energy audits, retrofit projects, electrical upgrades, building automation system design, and HVAC optimization initiatives. He is also certified in Decarbonization Pathways to Net Zero Carbon Emissions, positioning him at the forefront of Canada's clean energy transition.
With a P.Eng application in progress and deep familiarity with Ontario's utility landscape and incentive programs, Morlaye founded Toulaye Engineering Services to bring independent, expert-level energy, electrical, and controls consulting directly to building owners and property managers across the province.
